Our goal at Septic Maintenance Online is to get you the product when you need it. For an on the shelf item, if we receive the order by 12:00 Noon Monday-Friday, the order will ship that day. Items may be shipped via Regular Ground UPS. Normal delivery time to Texas and Oklahoma is 1 day. All freight charges are based on zip code to zip code and by weight. Chemical kits may take longer for delivery.

Parts may be shipped to the job site, if necessary. Just enter the address of the site in the "ship to" area on the form. The "bill to" area will be your office address. If we have a question with your order, we will hold shipment until you can be contacted. If any items you order are currently out of stock you will be notified with the expected shipping day of the out-of-stock items. Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer), will still be billed to your credit card.

RETURNS

If the product is defective or we ship the wrong item, call to get a Return Goods Authorization #. We will schedule a pick-up and either credit your account or replace the item. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all other returns and you pay to ship the item back to us. Product returns will be accepted only in unopened packages and with an RGA#. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Chemical analysis products are NOT returnable.
